The Gym...such a luv hate relationship!

Happy tuesday!

Well after many months of being off from working out Ive been back at it the last three days!

Starting bk slow, but wow how quickly you get out of shape!  Sooo long to get in shape, but blink and ur out of shape!

I think I wanna set a monthly goal of becoming healthier. January health goal, workout of some sort 3 days a week!
