2014

Happy New Year! 2014, you crept up quickly on me. 

Lets see....Christmas was good, a lil delayed cuz Ben got the flu. But, once that passed we had a late Cmas with sis and bro in law and megs. 

Heather is here now and were having a good time just hanging out, cooking, movies, lil shopping, hair cuts, tats today and sewing tom. 

Then few weeks of work and Florida!!

No overtime this month woo hoo. 

Well better get bk to rest of my workout. 

Catch up time

Hello December!!! Cant believe Christmas is so close and the year us almost over! 

Well, time to catch up...trip to cali; work, work, work; trip to ohio to see bens fam; work, work, work; mom dad visit ks, late Thanksgiving -- first partial gluten free holiday a success -- perhaps next yr fully gluten free, below some pucs from around turkey dia; work, work, work. One more night the off for four days, work few day shifts and off for few more -- I get to sleep a normal schedule for 8 wholeee nights!!! 

Then some more work, Cmas, work, bertha comes and a weeeek offfff!!! Then some more good stuff in the new yr! 

Were all settled into the new casa, hopefully will finally decorate a lil this week, and maybe it will warm up enough to get rid of this snow. Its pretty but im done lookin at it. 

At wk were doing a weight loss competition, its nice to have peeps on my team motivated to work out with me!

Simply Thankful

It amazes me and breaks my heart how many people have so much in life, but are unhappy or disatisfied with what they have. Wake up people! Life is short and a rare blessing! Enjoy what God has given u and be thankful!  

Today Im simply thankful for my life and all those in it!

I work out

Today, Im thankful for the opportunity and ability to be able to work out. 

It cracks me up how "fat" or "large" u feel in high school, usually when u are athletic and fit, and now ud just pove to have that body again! 

I may have arthritic knees, but I can at least still do some working out. Today included a mild run! Felt great after.

Back from ohio safely, good trip. Below are a few fun pics frim jonathan and katies house & of mr finley. 

We had a nice relaxing time and caught up on alot of sleep. Now im bk to the work like crazy and poor ben is sick. 

Today Im thankful for a day off!  And the opprotunity to finally hopefully get this house unpacked. Im also stoked mom and dad r coming into town today -- pray for safe flights! 

To all my "sisters"

Today Im thankful for all of my "sisters" in my life. 

I use the word "sisters" in quotations, cuz to me its a term that fits many people in my life.  To me a sister is one with whom u love and whom luv u uncondtionally -- all quriks included -- one whom u can laugh til u pee ur pants with, one whom u fight with but get over it just as fast, one whom u can be apart from for a long time & pick up like no time has ever passed and one who isnt afraid to be the crazy person next to u rocking out just as hard to nsync and beiber! 

 Im extremely blessed to have two amazing sisters that I luv to the moon and back. We all know that Im a bit crazy at times, but these to get me and still luv me to the moon and back -- at least I thinks so. 

I am also blessed to have bunches of other "sisters" in my life -- in the form of life long friends, high school friends, sis in laws and in newer friends. Im soooo very thankful for all of u and for all of the many roles u play in my life.  

It amazes me the amount of love and support I have in my life, with which I am so thankful for! 

Ohio bound

I got relieved from wk at 2 am by megs, packed, slept a lil and on way to Denver. We r heading to see bens fam in ohio. Well be at his parents casa til sun, then seeing Jon, Katie & mr Fin sun thru wed! 

This will be our second trip in one year...I think this will be a first. 

Today, Im thankful for the chance to see fam and friends. Weve been travelin alot since bens been off week, Im exhausted but oh so thankful.
