So this last summer I was running alot and felt great and toned up, which was very nice. Now that Im constantly working nights Im finding it hard to get on a regular working out routine.
The question now remains, what diet can I sucessfully do or what workout plan can I successfully do with my schedule?!?!
I tried ideal protein for a few days and all I foubd was constant hunger and not enough energy for work. Any nursing/night workers have suggestions?
Not much new going on in our lives. Just getting ready for vacation! =)
