Wkout week 2

Hola. Week 2. 2 wkouts so far, big plans for tom and sat. Down almost 2#s. Mood up and down. Been lil stressful week, lots flipping around between nights and days. 

Pic of new quickie ab wkout x 2-3 reps at 20 a rep. Decent in quick jam. 

Lil quote i stole as a good reminder in life sometimes lol. 

A few lil annoying selfies to record progress. Maybe next week ill try measurements so I stay encouraged. (Ignore looks on face not best at taking selfies).
